Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency had a press conference of going up of gray smoke at the evening of the 21st from the third machine of the first nuclear plant in Fukushima.

They explained that the change was not especially seen in doses of radiation around the nuclear reactor.

Moreover, it was described that the cause was uncertain though it seemed that the third machine did not leak electricity because it was not energized.

Smoke keeps rising though the amount has decreased as of 5:15PM.
