Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) started the injection of seawater to the nuclear reactor in the third machine of the first nuclear power plant in Fukushima with danger of the exposure of the nuclear fuel by the drawdown and melting at 1:12PM, March 13th.
It is the second that seawater is injected following the first machine which exploded.
